Why Inspect a property?

A home inspection should be first on your list whenever you wish to purchase property.

Our home inspection is a comprehensive and systematic examination of the property structure and systems. This information will assist you in determining the condition and value of the property.

Inspection Process.

A minimum of three hours is usually necessary for the inspection, although homes that are older, have additions or remodeling, may require additional time. It is recommended that you accompany your inspector during the process. Your participation in the inspection can alleviate concerns you may have. Upon completion of the inspection a written report is provided on site.
