Inspection Process

   Please allow a minimum of three hours for the inspection. Homes that are older, have additions or remodeling, may require additional time. You are strongly encouraged to accompany your inspector during the process. Your participation can alleviate concerns you may have and is an inter-active educational tool to assist you in learning your home's strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion of the inspection a report is provided to you on site. In some cases a Report Summary follows in a timely manner. We are here to serve you and welcome any follow-up questions.
