Inspection Fees

Single family residence 1800 Sq. Ft. or less - $345.

Above 1801 Sq. Ft. to 2500 Sq. Ft. - $385.

Above 2500 Sq. Ft. - $425

May be an additional fee for older homes or homes with additions/remodeling.
